FAQ
Booking your session
You can message me on my Facebook page, email or call. I will reply as soon as I can. If you have any questions, I suggest you write them down and send them to me and I will answer as best I can. To secure your booking, I do need a non-refundable $50 deposit, that money will come off you package price on the day.
The full and final payment will take place on the day of your booking. If you require a payment plan, let me know and I will work with you to create something that will work for the both of us.
Cancellation
If for any reason you decide to cancel your booking, let me know as soon as possible. If you cancel a minimum of two weeks prior, a full refund of any payments (minus your deposit) will be returned to you.
If for any reason it is I who cancels, I will refund all payment made, including your deposit.
If you require a date or time change, contact me as soon as possible and we can organize a time and date better suited.
Preparing for your session
Be sure to check for any chipped nail polish, if you can’t get into the nail salon, I suggest taking it all off and go natural.
Check that you don’t have a brightly coloured bra that can show through your top or dress.
If you want to trim your hair, I suggest you do this 1 week prior to your session. That way if you don’t like it you have time to get it fixed.
Spray tans should be done 24/48 hours before your session. The tan needs time to set and you need to shower and wash off your excess. We don’t want you looking excessively orange or brown.
Do some research on what kind of session you want. A funny, laid back session or all business and professional session. Everyone is different and I want you as comfortable as possible.
What happens after your session?
After a fun time laughing and joking around. I will spend up to 2 weeks editing your images. I will cull out any images that don’t show your best side and edit the rest for your viewing.
Your photos will be put onto my online gallery. You will be notified via email and given a code to download the number of images that you selected in your package. If you would like to add anything to your order there are albums, canvases and other assortment of things you can purchase via the gallery website.
If you are having any issues with downloading your gallery or ordering anything, Please contact me and I will endeavor to fix the problem promptly.
Do I have to order prints through you?
I will give you access to your photos as part of your package that you choose. You can then download your images for your use. I do offer photo print, canvas prints and photo books. If you are interested let me know and we can have a chat about what you would like to order.
If you want to order your own products you can with the images you have downloaded.
Weather
Unfortunately, I cannot control mother nature. There is bound to be days where it is raining, too windy, lighting and maybe thunder. We can reschedule to a date and time that suits us both. We can use some umbrellas and enjoy a little rain photography, or maybe move to a place that offers a bit more protection from the elements.
Location
I would love to discuss with you where you were envisioning your photos to be taken. I have a few spots that I enjoy using but I am always up for new ideas if you have them. This day is about you and what you would like your images to look like, I will try my best to achieve this for you.
